PICK UP LOCATION: Newton, MA
PICK UP DATE: Saturday, May 7 from 9 am - 1 pm ONLY - NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are not available during this timeframe, please do not bid. Items not picked during these hours will be considered abandoned without refund.
WINNING BIDDERS:
1. Winning Bidders get the Pick Up Address sent via email. Check your spam folder.
2. Check the dashboard to confirm that you will receive auction win information via EMAIL OR TEXT.
3. Winning Auction emails and invoices can also be accessed on the dashboard AFTER the auction closes.
4. Bring muscle for moving heavy/large items and packing materials, if needed. Onsite assistance is NOT PROVIDED.
5. Pick up is first come, first serve. Please provide enough time to move out and pack up during the allotted timeframe.
LIMITED SHIPPING:
1. Available for items that fit into USPS FLAT RATE BOXES.
2. Contact UPSCALE TAG SALES WITHIN 24 HOURS OF AUCTION CLOSE If you want items shipped. Email us at upscaletags@gmail.com.
3. Insurance is added to all packages with a value of $50 or more.
4. You will receive an invoice from UPSCALE TAG SALES for shipping costs within 72 hours. Once paid, your purchases will be shipped within 48 hours. Failure to follow the instructions may result in delayed or denied shipping.
SPECIALTY SHIPPING:
1. For items that do not fit in USPS flat rate boxes or requires special packing, we use a 3rd party shipping company. They will charge you for packing and shipping fees.
2. Contact UPSCALE TAG SALES WITHIN 24 HOURS OF AUCTION CLOSE If you want items shipped. Email us at upscaletags@gmail.com.
3. A $5 transport fee will be invoiced to you from UPSCALE TAG SALES.

A paid invoice is an agreement to pick up during the posted pick up day and hours given (NO EXCEPTIONS). Items NOT picked up during allotted times will be forfeited.
Winning Bidders will receive pick up address via email!
On pick up day please bring the invoice, packing materials and muscle for lifting. We do not provide assistance to move large objects. Please bring proper vehicle to accommodate purchase. YOU MUST PROVIDE LABOR TO PICK UP LARGE ITEMS!
Only 2 people allowed inside house at one time during covid outbreak.
*Professional moving services may be available for a fee.

*Unless an item was grossly misrepresented then a full refund will be given in the same form as initial payment.
*Mechanical and Electrical items can be turned on, touched and tested at pickup. Should the item not meet your expectations, a refund will be given in the same form as initial payment.
