Best Rate Cleanouts & Estate Sales is hosting a fabulous One Day Only Newton Estate Sale on Thursday June 1^st from 9am-2pm. To start off you will find gold & silver jewelry, native American jewelry, Russian jewelry, costume jewelry, antiques, furniture, art, paintings, Asian pieces, textiles, pottery, china, glassware, vintage clothing, Pendleton blanket, vintage Nintendo video games & hand held consoles, Pokemon, cabinets, statues, lamps, old stamp collection, some coins, bedroom furniture, bureaus, desks, bed, wardrobe, household goods, knick-knacks, collectibles & so much more… Don’t miss it! As with all of our sales everything is priced to sell, which means good deals for you!

Sign-up sheets are started by the first person who arrives at the property (not us). If you start a Sign-Up Sheet we recommend you stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up. Numbers are given out between 7:00am - 7:30am (when we arrive).

If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure are present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am (no earlier).

Out of respect to our clients and their neighbors we recommend Sign-Up Sheets not to be started before Midnight on the day of the sale.
