HOW THE SALE WORKS
This is an in person estate sale where items are sold first come first served (so get there early) to the first person that gets the item. There is no bidding or online sales and we DO NOT SHIP ITEMS. We price 90% of items offered for sale. We dont price little things like individual kitchen items, trinkets, etc. All the items of significant value will be priced. We sell all items below market value. There is only 1 person that does pricing and checks out customers, which means you may have to wait a couple minutes to cash out when it is busy ....so please be patient.
No one is allowed in early, and no prices will be given out before the sale. Please do not call and ask for pricing before the sale. The door opens when we open the sale and we allow as many people as possible into the sale while still maintaining order and proper distancing per state and local guidelines.
We will have masks if you need one. Social distancing must be observed and there will be hand washing and sanitization stations as recommended. Anyone not wearing a mask will be asked to leave. We cannot risk our sale being shut down because someone doesn't want to put on a mask.
We take CASH, and cards if you don't have enough to cover entire purchase or just forget, but with a strict $50 minimum and $500 maximum. CASH ONLY for jewelry no checks please unless we know you. Your best deal with be with cash!
This sale has a lot of small items and we will not allow any bags that close (including large purses) in the home. Please be prepared. you can bring open top re-useable bags or boxes to carry your items. We will have areas to make piles and attendants to assist you so you get everything you want.
Unlike many other estate sale companies, We WILL help you load items into your vehicle and delivery is available for a fee. Items must be paid for in advance for delivery. Not responsible for damage or injury if we help you move items or deliver.
If you cannot come in person, you can call after noon and inquire about items and/or purchase by phone for curbside delivery. We must give preference to those that come in person. If you have a unique situation, please call us and we will do our best for you.
We will try our best to price every item, but depending on the amount of small items may not get to every little thing. For example, we will price a desk and chair but not the stapler and other small items on top of it unless they are of significant value. This house has tons of individual items, Make a pile and you wont leave without your treasures, we promise!
You can make a pile of items to make sure you get what you came for, but must purchase in a timely fashion. Please do not tag items sold without prior authorization.
No FOOD OR DRINK other than bottled water allowed inside the home
If you break it, we expect you to buy it, please handle items carefully
We will answer questions about items if we can. Please keep in mind we do not live in the house, and are not there 24/7, but will provide any additional info that we can.
All items sold as is with no warranty or guarantee, please test items before purchasing. We can't let you fire up the millennium falcon in the garage, but will make sure you can test your items before you buy them.

This is going to be a really fun sale because of all the different types of items it has available.
The home belongs to a direct descendant of Yuji Yoshimura who is a world renowned bonsai master. We have some of the books he wrote signed by him, some of his personal bonsai tools and effects, signed pictures and even some of his prestigious awards. Yuji broke the status quo when he became the first Japanese person to actively and openly teach bonsai to the western world. As you can imagine, the Japanese at the time did not like releasing secrets of an ancient cultural way of life and he moved permanently to America where he taught until an old age.
