We welcome all of our friends to this estate sale. If you have been vaccinated we thank you.
There should be ample parking on the street nearby the house. The home's driveway will serve as handicapped parking and as pickup only. Please do not park on the grass!
Please look your items over carefully. Estate Sale items are used to some extent so we must sell them in “as is” or “as found” condition. For this reason ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PLEASE bring paper, boxes AND someone to HELP YOU lift your purchases. We CANNOT lift for you . You may have to make a return appointment for pick up with a helper if you do not bring one. Pick-up will have to be made at the end of the time listed for that day so as not to interfere with the sale.

Finally, we do not sell any precious metals at scrap prices unless they are unrepairable.
