Every sale we have we want to make as easy and as fun as possible for everyone. Most of all, we want as many items as possible to leave for their new home with you! Before you read this please keep in mind a few things...We want you to come, have fun, get great deals on nice items that you can add to your collection, or re-sell. We will do our best to make sure you get everything you came for. Our goal is to EMPTY the home of as many items as we can. We do not try to sell for retail money, then take to our auction, or to our store. We move it at a low, fair price, on the spot every time!

PLEASE PLEASE help us by adhering to the guidelines in place. Regardless of if you believe it is right or not, we ask that you respect other shoppers (and the guidelines that allow us to open)and wear a mask. You will not be allowed in without one and there will be no exceptions. We can let 10 people in the house and same in the garage as of now (maybe more as things improve)Please respect other shoppers and keep your distance and be courteous. Anyone being rude to a staff member or another shopper will be need to be asked to leave. We realize this virus has created some issues with a lot of things and strong feelings in many ways for many people, and hope that you leave those all at home and come have some fun and get the heck out of the house. You must keep your distance while in the home and we will have sanitizer for you to use before you enter and hand washing sink (kitchen sink) if you need one. We will make a little waiting zone out front with the all too familiar distance markers so you know what 6 feet is. (like we're all not experts on that by now) .We ask that only shoppers come into the home, and we will arrange a time for a private viewing of the sale for you if you require it . The house has been empty for some time so no worries about the virus being in the home.

We will help you carry items to your vehicle and delivery is available for a fee. We can also setup a later pickup time for large items or large purchases if needed just ask us. We cannot ship.

No one allowed in early, the door opens when we open the sale, and everyone (assuming there isn't more than can safely enter the home or we need to limit number in the house for COVID) is let in at once. We will post a list to avoid a huge crazy line in the morning. No wierd rules just first there and on the list is the first in the house. NO items will be sold prior to sale start time, please don't ask. You can wait outside home a few hours before sale but be respectful and STAY OFF the property other than directly in front of home.

This is an in person event, but IF you are at risk and cannot come in person ...we will allow you buy items over the phone for curbside pickup beginning Saturday YOU MUST CALL to buy an item you cannot email or message or text. We will be happy to speak with you but will not respond to message, text, or email price requests other than to ask you to call us. Items will not be held until paid for and we cannot ship. Delivery on large items available for a fee We WILL NOT RESPOND to requests for pricing at anytime before the sale begins.

If you call us and buy an item, it is not considered sold until paid for and you can only do this AFTER opening bell on Saturday (8am).

Bring boxes or bags as you need but no large backpacks or bags that close will be allowed in. We do have some packing stuff but that is usually gone after day 1.

You can make a pile of items but must purchase in a timely fashion. This way we don't have to make people wait in line too long if everyone comes at once.

No FOOD OR DRINK other than bottled water allowed inside the home

There are NO PUBLIC bathrooms please do not ask

We take cash or cards ($50 minimum on cards) NO CHECKS.

PLEASE DO NOT go into taped off rooms or open drawers or doors that are closed. Everything for sale is out in the open.

You are being RECORDED, if you steal you will get caught and be prosecuted.

All items sold as is with no warranty or guarantee, please test items before purchasing. We don't mind you plugging stuff in or firing something up, but please just let us know. We don't need the Millennium Falcon getting redlined in the garage with people in there, but are happy to let you test out any item we have.

In some cases we can sell any remaining items in the home (or certain rooms EG buy the garage or shed contents, etc) after the sale. If interested please ask us. We will only be able to determine this at the very end of the sale and will provide quotes when needed in person.
