This will be a cash and carry sale. Local checks will be accepted with pre approval by on site coordinator. Visa, Mastercard, Discover & Debit Cards will be accepted also. Alternate pick up times can be arranged for any large items purchased that cannot be taken the day of the sale. Items left to be picked up must be paid for in full and picked up no longer than three days after sale ends. All collectible and fragile items must be removed by purchaser, we will not wrap or transport these pieces once they are purchased. Boxes & some wrapping material will be provided for customer's use. We will make every effort to assist you in any way possible to make this and enjoyable experience. Delivery of furniture can be arranged with on site coordinator for a delivery charge.
Further instructions will be provided the day of the sale if necessary. The sale will begin promptly at 8 AM on August 6th. As we always do at our sales, fresh coffee and donuts will be provided 1 hour prior to the sale at 7 AM.
This will be a first come first served sale, so get there early to get a good spot in line. Numbers will be handed out beginning at 7AM the morning of the sale. If you wish to start a sign up sheet feel free to do so, but remember you must be present once on the sheet to assure your place in line. However, please do not arrive prior to 4 AM out of respect for the home owners and neighbors. If you have any questions about the sale or about any of the items in the sale please feel free to email or send a text message to the number provided. All emails and texts will be promptly returned
Please note; this is an estate tag sale and not a typical garage or yard sale. You will see items in the sale that are antique and possibly expensive. Please be diligent of the items around you while you attend and be as carefual as possible when handling items. Our friendly staff will be present to assist you any way we can.

-Very Rare JFK signed letter on White House letterhead, dated 1962. Important piece of history sent to Malden Mass. resident!!
-Rare Cardinal Cushing signed letter on personal letterhead dated 1967.
-Rare signed Ivar Bruun mid century acrylic on canvas. Famous Norwegian painter who lived 1923-2003. His pieces are rarely seen these days. Purchased in the 1960's. Approximate size, 48 x 36
-Several rare and authentic German Steins in mint condition. All were purchased by the Estate owner's grandfather prior to World War 2 in Germany. All are hallmarked and have been well cared for. See photos and more to come.
-Several pieces of fine furniture recently purchased and barely used, all was very expensive, including many pieces of very nice patio furniture.
-An entire basement full of tools, hundreds and hundreds there for the picking

-Original World War 2 full navy uniform. Estate owners father served on USS Hornet CV-12 during World War 2. Was involved in the battles of Leyte, Philippine Sea & Iwo Jima. Was aboard the Hornet during several Japanese Kamikazi Attacks!!
-Several Hundred dollars face value of unused United States stamps including hundreds of plate blocks and dozens and dozens of large sheet postage from the 1950's to the 1990's. A great group for a collector.
-Very Rare Post Civil War, Circa. 1870's-1890's Maryland 5th Regiment Officer's Uniform Jacket (Swallowtail Coatee). Fabulous original condition. A recent find tucked away for many years. Very rare piece in 100% complete original condition. Has all 46 original Hortsmann Philadelphia buttons attached. The buttons read on the top, "Decus et Praesidium", which means "An honor and a guard". That is the official motto for the US 175th Military Regiment. Also the 5 on the the top of the buttons was for the Maryland 5th during the Indian Wars!! What a piece of history!! A must see!!
-Several hundred Vintage Vinyl Records from the 1960's, 1970's and 1980's. Many, many 33's & 45's. Need to sell them all!!!
-Brand New never used Lloyd Flanders Mesa Wicker Set including Loveseat, Chair & Table. $2600 retail. Purchased 4 months ago and never used.
-Beautiful brand new never used John Boos Natural Butcher Block Table. Again bought for $1200 new a few months ago and never used.
-2 Beautiful Taylor King Chairs in excellent gently used condition.
-Very desirable Jerry Geier Sculpture, signed by the artist. A world famous Vermont sculpture, a must see piece!
