Yankee Estate Sale

Parking is very limited on River road and side roads are private roads. If you park on private. You well subject yourself for being towed. If you can please park at the Orleans Town Hall. If you can not walk far. Please have the driver drop you off at the house.. Thank you so much see you at the sale. 

EXTRAORDINARY!!!  That's about the best adjective to describe this weekend's Estate Sale in Orleans.  Yankee Estate Sales can confidently state that this is THE BEST SALE OF THE SUMMER and you had better not miss it!!! This home belonged to a Collector of Collections and all of it needs to be cleared before the next occupant moves in.  Please read the following list and description carefully - it not only pertains to the amazing inventory but also to a "FILL UP A BAG" opportunity and to solutions to the Parking dilemma...

In effort to make you all VERY HAPPY and also to clear the house as much as possible, Yankee will provide two different sized bags for you to fill up for purchase.  Many categories & items are priced respectively and DO NOT qualify for this process.  But other categories require "bag filling" and we encourage you to take advantage of the offer.  Smaller grocery bag size will be $10 and larger kitchen trash bag size will be $20.  Staff will be available to help you understand and encourage you to participate.  AND IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BULK LOTS OF FABRIC - please see the cashier and we will get you started!!!

PARKING - Parking is a challenge for this house and we apologize.  THERE IS NO PARKING ALONG RIVER ROAD!!!  And we advise you to comply because the local gendarmes have already warned us on a day when we had a lot of staff working.  There are a couple of side streets nearby where parking is possible and a short walk to the house.  The driveway will be open for loading up all your goodies.  We hope to have a staff member and some signs out on the road to direct you.
