Best Offer Process – Furniture & Other Large Items
Select furniture and rugs at this sale are being offered through our “best offer” process, rather than fixed pricing. Here’s how it works:
You have until 5 PM on Saturday, March 21, to submit your best reasonable offer.
Pick-Up is Sunday, March 22 from 9 AM - 12 PM.
Offers must be submitted in writing, either:
– In person at the sale
– By text to (413) 441-0694
– Or by email to nick@crossroadsestatesolutions.com
Please include a photo or inventory number of the item along with your offer.
This system was first introduced during the pandemic and has remained in place due to overwhelmingly positive feedback from both buyers and sellers. Buyers appreciate the ability to thoughtfully consider large purchases, check measurements, and evaluate whether the style suits their home—without the pressure of immediate decision-making.
