Sign-up sheets are started by the first person who arrives at the property (not us).
If you start a Sign-Up Sheet we recommend you stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up. Numbers are given out between 7:45 to 8am (when we arrive).
If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure you stay & are present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am sharp. Depending on the number of people that show up we may have to regulate a certain amount of people in the unit at one time.
Please Note: Due to our insurance policy, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PACKING OR MOVING ASSISTANCE. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE THE APPROPRIATE HELP AND TOOLS TO DISASSEMBLE, REMOVE AND TRANSPORT FURNITURE / LARGE / HEAVY ITEMS. Please and thank you! :)
Please bring your own packing materials and transport materials, if necessary - boxes, dolly, hand trucks, etc.) bring help to load large items. We will have some newspaper and bubble wrap and bags for your convenience. We are not responsible for accidents.
CONDITION
Please note that the items we are selling are preowned, used and second-hand. While we endeavor to do our best to ensure that we describe any flaws, we cannot guarantee the condition of items and are not responsible for defects that are missed / not included in our description.
