Description:  

Nice selection of material to include contemporary, mid century and antique pieces. The owners ran a home business, so there is a number of office related furniture, including desks, partitions, filing cabinets, bookshelves, printers, office, supplies, etc. They also owned a stationary store, so there are boxes and boxes filled with unused products such as stationary, gift bags, gift wrap, office decorative pieces, etc. There are also a number of store display pieces that are lightly used or even unused, such as acrylic cases and display pieces. There is a number of pieces of furniture as well as glass, pottery, collectibles, clothing, toys, artwork, prints, rugs, lamps, decorative pieces, and much more.  All priced to sell.

Special Instructions:

Please park on the road across the street, there is no street parking in front of the house.   If you are coming close to the opening of the sale we encourage people to bring stickers marked “Sold” with your name on it to place on larger items that you want.  Just make sure that you are definitely taking the piece as once you put the sticker on it, you bought it.

Some items that appear in the photos may not be there on sale day.  Photos are often taken up to 2 weeks before the sale.  Unfortunately it is not uncommon for owners or family members to decide at the last minute not to include an item in the sale.  On the other hand, there are always many items that are not pictured that come out of boxes, cabinets, etc that will be available on sale day.
