Scituate Estate Sale (Antiques, Tools, Clocks)

Description:  

There is alot of stuff in this sale!  There are literally hundreds (thousands?) of clock parts, cases, works, pieces, you name it.  The guy loved clocks and working on them.  Also he loved to make boats.  There are tons (literally) of tools.  Large tools like lathes, saws, hand tools, electric tools, clamps, braces, and much much more.  Also he loved lamps.  There are shades, parts, electric pieces, etc.  Antiques, glass, china, Asian antiques, artwork, paintings, prints, books, rugs, toys, beds, couches, dressers, hats, Christmas decorations, antique guns (all 100+ years old, mostly decorative hangers), bayonets, Huge antique 19th or early 20th century pool table (very ornate), barware, antique barn wood (pieces about 10-12 feet long), nautical items, desks, and much much more.  Did I mentioned the huge selection of tools, clock and lamp parts?  All priced to sell.  

Most of the clock parts and barn wood are on the second story of the barn.  We are only allowing 5 people up there at a time.  

This Sale Rating:  Gold

Rating Guide: We rate our estate sales on a scale from Bronze to Platinum. 

Platinum:  A really good sale. Everything is top notch quality.  Fine antiques or good clean name brand contemporary items.  A sale not to be missed.  Only the finest homes with the best quality material get this rating.  If you are only going to hit one sale this weekend, make sure that this is it!  

Gold: Good clean quality sale.  Mostly higher end, you will not want to miss this one.  

Silver: Nice mixture of material.  Some good items, some low end. Pretty much something for everyone. 

Bronze:  Just stuff.  But priced to move!

Special Instructions:

There is no parking on the street in front of the house, but there are two streets across the street where there appears to be parking.  We will have a police offer from 8AM to 12PM.   If you are coming close to the opening of the sale we encourage people to bring stickers marked “Sold” with your name on it to place on larger items that you want.  Just make sure that you are definitely taking the piece as once you put the sticker on it, you bought it.

Some items that appear in the photos may not be there on sale day.  Photos are often taken up to 2 weeks before the sale.  Unfortunately it is not uncommon for owners or family members to decide at the last minute not to include an item in the sale.  On the other hand, there are always many items that are not pictured that come out of boxes, cabinets, etc that will be available on sale day.
