Sharon MA Estate Sale

Description: 

For those of you that are not familiar with our company, we mainly do estate sales on Cape Cod, but we are doing this one in Sharon at the request of a friend.  We don’t open until exactly 9AM, we never open early.  We encourage buyers to bring stickers marked “Sold” with their names that they can apply to items that they want.  We will also have some sold signs that you can use if you see an item that you want to purchase, but want to continue shopping.  We only put prices on items that are $5 or more, if the item is not marked, it is probably inexpensive and the more that you buy, the cheaper it gets.  

House full of antiques.  Includes  Furniture, antiques, glass, china, tools, toys, artwork, prints, clothing, jewelry,  beds, garage items, basement items, records, kitchenware, books, etc.   All priced to sell.  

This Sale Rating: Silver

Rating Guide: We rate our estate sales on a scale from Bronze to Platinum. 

Platinum:  A really good sale. Everything is top notch quality.  Fine antiques or good clean name brand contemporary items.  A sale not to be missed.  Only the finest homes with the best quality material get this rating.  If you are only going to hit one sale this weekend, make sure that this is it!  

Gold: Good clean quality sale.  Mostly higher end, you will not want to miss this one.  

Silver: Nice mixture of material.  Some good items, some low end. Pretty much something for everyone. 

Bronze:  Just stuff.  But priced to move!

Special Instructions:

Please obey the No Parking signs that are directly in front of the house.   If you are coming close to the opening of the sale we encourage people to bring stickers marked “Sold” with your name on it to place on larger items that you want.  Just make sure that you are definitely taking the piece as once you put the sticker on it, you bought it.  

Disclaimer:

Some items that appear in the photos may not be there on sale day.  Photos are often taken up to 2 weeks before the sale.  Unfortunately it is not uncommon for owners or family members to decide at the last minute not to include an item in the sale.  On the other hand, there are always many items that are not pictured that come out of boxes, cabinets, etc that will be available on sale day.
