We ask that our customers do not arrive at the property before the day of the sale, if you do, you will not be allowed in then nor the days following. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our clients privacy and property.

Berkshire Legacy, LLC is not responsible for any injury or damage to the property, by attending our events you agree that you will not hold Berkshire Legacy, LLC or the homeowners liable and in the event of incident. We reserve the right to hold clients liable for damage to merchandise, the property, and the grounds in the event of incident.

THERE WILL BE ENTRY LINE NUMBERS AVAILABLE ON EACH MORNING OF THE SALE. THE NUMBERS WILL BE PUT OUT AT 8AM ON THE DAY OF THE SALE. Again, please do not come to the property in advance of the sale.
