Please Note: This is a sale that was supposed to happen on Saturday, 4/15. However, the sellers were ill and for the safety of everyone, we decided to postpone the sale until Sunday, 4/23. Thank you for understanding and we hope to see you on the 23rd in Somerset!
We accept cash, credit cards, Venmo and PayPal.
Sign-up sheets are started by the first person who arrives at the property.
If you start a Sign-Up Sheet we recommend you stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up.
If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it.
Depending on the number of people that show up we may have to regulate a certain amount of people in the unit at one time.
Please Note: We are happy to help you with carrying lighter items to your car, but due to our insurance policy, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PACKING OR MOVING ASSISTANCE.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE THE APPROPRIATE HELP AND TOOLS TO DISASSEMBLE, REMOVE AND TRANSPORT FURNITURE / LARGE / HEAVY ITEMS. Please and thank you! :)
Please bring your own packing materials and transport materials, if necessary - boxes, dolly, hand trucks, etc.) bring help to load large items. We will have some newspaper and bubble wrap and bags for your convenience. We are not responsible for accidents.
