South Dennis Estate Sale

Description:  

Because the house is in Dennis we can’t open the sale until 10AM.

Pretty much all antiques.  The former owner lived in this house for 60 years.  There is a lot to dig through here. We will be pricing physically larger items, but there is so much to just dig through that most of the items we will price as they come out of the house (come and make a pile). There is artwork, furniture, rugs, books, China, glass, kitchenware and much, much more.  

We will be posting the address to the house at 8AM on Saturday the 30th.  There is somewhat limited parking on the street in front of the house (it is on a busy road), but there is a ton of parking in a lot about a 2 minute walk away.

Special Instructions:

There is somewhat limited parking on the street in front of the house (it is on a busy road), but there is a ton of parking in a lot about a 2 minute walk away.    If you are coming close to the opening of the sale we encourage people to bring stickers marked “Sold” with your name on it to place on larger items that you want.  Just make sure that you are definitely taking the piece as once you put the sticker on it, you bought it.

Some items that appear in the photos may not be there on sale day.  Photos are often taken up to 2 weeks before the sale.  Unfortunately it is not uncommon for owners or family members to decide at the last minute not to include an item in the sale.  On the other hand, there are always many items that are not pictured that come out of boxes, cabinets, etc that will be available on sale day.
