This will be a cash and carry sale. No checks accepted!! Visa, Mastercard, Discover & Debit Cards will be accepted, no American Express. Alternate pick up times can be arranged for any large items purchased that cannot be taken the day of the sale. Items left to be picked up must be paid for in full and picked up no longer than three days after sale ends. All collectible and fragile items must be removed by purchaser, we will not wrap or transport these pieces once they are purchased. Boxes & some wrapping material will be provided for customer's use. We will make every effort to assist you in any way possible to make this and enjoyable experience. Delivery of furniture can be arranged with on site coordinator for a delivery charge.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL A SIGN UP SHEET BE ALLOWED ANYTIME BEFORE 4PM THE DAY BEFORE THE SALE. IF ONE IS LEFT PRIOR TO THAT IT WILL BE DISCARDED. If you wish to start a sign up sheet feel free to do so, but remember you must be present no later than 8am the morning of the sale to assure your place in line.
