As with all of our sales, all items sold "As Is" and "Where Is" with no guarantees written or implied.
We do our best to provide detailed descriptions, measurements and pictures of the items so you know exactly what you are buying. Reach out with questions prior to purchasing. Use the "Buy" button to send a question.
To make a purchase, click the "Buy" button with your name, email address and item. An invoice will be sent via email for immediate payment. Items are not sold until the invoice is paid!
Prices are as marked and everything is priced to sell. Please do not send unreasonable offers. We pride ourselves on being fair and doing right by clients and buyers alike. Reasonable offers may be entertained the last day of the sale only.
We will respond to emails in the order they were received...timestamps dictate the order!
Prices subject to change before the start of sale.
There is no buying outside of Estate Sale hours.
Upscale Tag Sales reserves the right to reduce prices throughout the sale at their discretion.
Upscale Tag Sales will respond to inquires and send invoices during normal business hours.
A paid invoice is an agreement to pick up during the posted pick up day and hours given unless other arrangements are made prior to purchase. Pick up address provided on invoice.
On pick up day a MASK IS MANDATORY. Please bring the invoice, packing materials and muscle for lifting. Only 2 people allowed inside house at one time.
Professional moving services are available for a fee.
All sales are FINAL*
*Unless an item was grossly misrepresented then a full refund will be given in the same form as initial payment.
*Mechanical and Electrical items can be turned on, touched and tested at pickup. Should the item not meet your expectations, a refund will be given in the same form as initial payment.
