All bidders are strongly urged to preview and inspect lots before bidding.

This is a Consignment Lot Auction. NOT YOUR AVERAGE AUCTIONS, LLC and their representatives do not claim any expertise.
All items are Offered and Sold "As Is, Where Is" . While we take care to describe and/or photo an item condition, any condition statement is given as a courtesy and is only an opinion and should not be treated as statement or fact; Making NO EXPRESS or IMPLIED WARRANTIES or GUARANTEES.
The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or is completely free from wear & tear, imperfections or effects of aging.

***Purchaser is responsible for removal of all purchased goods at the scheduled pickup time and location. Failure to reach out to Not Your Average Auction 24 hrs in advance prior to pick up day to rescheduled to make different arrangements will result in forfeiture of the item or items. All items unclaimed after 14 days will become the property of Not Your Average Auction.***

 Payment: Payment is due for your item(s) upon receipt of invoice. All sales are final. No Refunds. For your convenience, payment is processed through Square or through arrangements with NOT YOUR AVERAGE AUCTION, LLC

Bidding will begin at price set by auctioneer. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw a lot for any reason and to void any sale in the event of an error.
Bidding on an item indicates your understanding and acceptance of the Terms of Sale, including the obligation to pay for purchased items.
Buyers Premium is 15% 
Photos and descriptions posted on probed are the sole property of NOT YOUR AVERAGE AUCTION, LLC.
No photo or description may be used without prior written approval.

This Special Event Auction will be able to have all items shipped for a fee. Local pickup is not subject to shipping charges. All packages with be shipped out by December 15, 2020. The shipping fee various for all items. Books and Catalogs will be shipped Media Mail for a fee of $3.00 per lot.
