We sometimes have wrapping materials but not always. We try our best to make sure that items pictured are available for our customers on sale day however the client may periodically decide to keep some pictured items at their discretion. Please contact us to confirm availability. We do not provide pricing pre-sale (unless it is an online sale!) and will not respond to inquiries asking for pricing. For "in-person" sales, please pay attention to "No Parking" signs as we want to keep the streets safe for emergency vehicles if one were needed in the area. For "in-person" sales, numbers are given out at 7:30 with doors opening at 9:00 a.m. Please do not begin a sign up list - it just gets too complicated! You must be present to receive a number. For our client's protection, we use video surveillance at every sale. Smile! You're on camera! PLEASE PARK AT THE CLUBHOUSE (past Pickwick Way) - Parking is limited on Pickwick Way!!! Please do not block other resident driveways! You will be towed.
Okay! While you can still purchase items by texting us at 774.922.2630, please make plans to come on by this coming weekend to help us clear out this house!
This sale is spectacular with many items from around the world! We are having three days for "pick up" of items purchased online...please note that FRIDAY evening pick up is for small items only - we will not have movers at your disposal the way we do on the weekends. We hope to see you shopping via text beginning on November 13th at 9 a.m. or the following weekend, the 19th and 20th for our in person event!
1. Beginning on SUNDAY, November 13th at 9 a.m. - TEXT what you would like to buy to 774-922-2630. Please know that if you email or call we will only review those after we have recorded all the orders that were texted in!!! Once you get confirmation via text that we received your order, please expect an invoice to follow within a few hours! It will need to be paid pretty much right away as we cannot mark items SOLD until they are PAID for!
2. Be sure to give us your FULL NAME, EMAIL, ITEM NUMBER and BRIEF DESCRIPTION, or, if there is no item number, you will need to provide a more detailed description of the item!
3. For us to send you an invoice, we will need your name, phone number and your email. You will receive an email with an invoice: pay the invoice. All items ARE STILL FOR SALE UNTIL WE RECEIVE PAYMENT! Remember - there are no refunds at estate sales - so be SURE of your purchase!
4. Arrange for a time to pick up your item during scheduled times on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday (we will send you the link IN YOUR INVOICE). -- You can pull up to the house and open your vehicle. We will place the item(s) into your car. OR -- You may also shop the house at this time as well! Don't forget your mask if you are so inclined! There are bound to be lots of other shoppers!
5. If you need a mover, we can arrange that for an additional fee depending on what is being moved and to what town.
6. REMEMBER - THE OPEN DOOR EVEN FOR THIS SALE WILL BE ON November 19th and 20th from 9-3 PM. BE SURE TO BRING YOUR MASK! THEN WE WILL REALLY EMPTY THE HOUSE!
