We sometimes have wrapping materials but not always. We try our best to make sure that items pictured are available for our customers on sale day however the client may periodically decide to keep some pictured items at their discretion. Please contact us to confirm availability. We do not provide pricing pre-sale (unless it is an online sale!) and will not respond to inquiries asking for pricing. For "in-person" sales, please pay attention to "No Parking" signs as we want to keep the streets safe for emergency vehicles if one were needed in the area. For "in-person" sales, numbers are given out at 7:30 with doors opening at 9:00 a.m. Please do not begin a sign up list - it just gets too complicated! You must be present to receive a number. Such a fun sale! This is a real treasure hunter sale! This iconic, historic, grand dame of a home, right in the middle of Wellesley is great fun to walk through! We have lots of antique and contemporary furniture, clothing - including some fabulous Flamenco Dance dresses, costume jewelry, a packed kitchen, lots of pottery and art glass, musical instruments and so much more. AND -- we have lots more photos on the way!
The house is RIGHT on a main drag and the parking will be tricky. We have a police detail for both days so be sure to follow direction carefully! It is likely that you will have to park on a side street as parking on Washington St. will not be an option. If you go past the house on the right WOODLAWN AVE is the next street up on right. Try that!
