- Cash and credit cards ($10 minimum) accepted. No personal checks, please. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and AS IS. NO RETURNS or NO EXCHANGES.
- For charges over $500, an ID is required
- Please DO NOT bring boxes, bags, or large purses. We will provide bags and wrapping material.
- Kindly pay attention to "No Parking" signs to keep the streets safe for emergency vehicles, as required by each town.
- DO NOT PARK in the parking lot of the building. You will be towed. A police detail will be on-site.
- Please be respectful of the neighbors and don't block driveways. Please park on one side of the street as indicated.
- Entry numbers are given out beginning at 8:00 a.m.; doors open at 9:00 a.m. PLEASE DO NOT CONGREGATE IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING DOOR!!
-If a sign-up sheet is started, please PLACE IT ON THE FOLDING CHAIR LOCATED ON THE SIDEWALK. The line will form starting at the chair. You
must be present to receive your number from the sheet at 8 am. So please take note, if you are not present to receive your number from the list at 8 am,
you FORFEIT YOUR NUMBER at that time.
- We will need to limit the number of people inside at one time. Please be patient, and we will try to get you inside as soon as possible. All items for sale
are located on 1 level.
- We try to ensure that the items pictured are available for our customers on sale day. Occasionally, the client decides to keep a pictured item. If you are
coming to the sale for a particular pictured item, you may want to call us before the sale to confirm availability.
- We do NOT pre-sell any items. Thank you for understanding.
- Please do not call for pricing; there are too many items to note.
