All items are sold "as is" on a first come, first served basis. Please note, we do not presell items. While we do our best to keep sale information updated, occasionally homeowners do decide to remove an item from the sale at the last minute, so it is always a good idea to call or email to confirm.
Numbers are handed out beginning at 7:30 AM on the first day of the sale. We do not post a list. If you choose to do so, you are responsible for making sure it remains posted. Numbers will NOT be saved for those not present at 7:30 to receive them. You must be present to get your number.

Numbers for order of entry will be given out beginning at 7:30 on Saturday. PLEASE NOTE: Even if someone has posted a list, you must be present at those times receive your number, or you will be given the next available one instead. The doors will open promptly at 8:30 and popular items often sell right away, so be sure to arrive early for the best selection.
