The online sale begins on Monday. To purchase an item online, please call or text (781) 374-7337 or email info@beaconestatesales.com. You will need the inventory number from the item's picture on our website, www.BeaconEstateSales.com. We will arrange to run your credit card and set up a time for you to pick up your items.
Please note: All sales are final and no refunds will be given. If you have questions, we’ll do our best to answer them for you. If you are unsure about buying something, please ask all questions or schedule an appointment to view the item before purchasing.
Once items have sold, our website (BeaconEstateSales.com) will be updated to reflect sold items several times per day.
Potential buyers may also leave offers below the asking price via phone, email or text message. Offers will be reviewed and if your offer is accepted, we will contact you on Friday or Saturday.
Pick-Up
Please arrive promptly for your pickup window. Small items will be placed on a table for you to pack. Please bring your own wrapping and packing materials and dress for the weather.
Please be prepared to show ID to pick up your items. If you are sending someone else to pick up in your stead, please notify us in advance.
In order to allow us to provide movers, all large furniture must be picked up on the final day of the sale.
Appointments
Please call or text 781-374-7336 or email info@BeaconEstateSales.com to set up an appointment to shop the sale in person.
Appointments will be available 9:00-3:00 on Friday and 9:00-3:00 on Saturday and you will receive the address once your appointment is scheduled. In order to accommodate the most visitors possible while adhering to state COVID guidelines, appointments will be strictly limited to either one hour or one half hour. Parties will be limited to two people. Sorry, but no children will be allowed.
When you arrive for your appointment, please wait outside for the start of your scheduled time. Face masks are required to enter the house and must cover both your mouth and nose. When entering, we request that visitors use the provided hand sanitizer before touching any items. Please maintain a distance of 6 feet between people at all times.
Cash and credit cards will be accepted. All sales are final.
Large furniture may be picked up on the final day of the sale. Please be prepared to take all other items with you that day.

To shop online browse the gallery to the right. If you find something you'd like to purchase, call or text (781) 374-7337 or email info@BeaconEstateSales.com. We will take your credit card payment and schedule a time for you to pickup your items. Be sure to reference the inventory number located at the beginning of the picture caption. Please don't hesitate to contact us with questions about specific items.
Pickup for furniture and other large items will be on Saturday, March 13.
Sold items will be marked daily. Anything that has sold will be clearly marked on BeaconEstateSales.com with a black and white picture and a caption that reads "SOLD."
All sales are final.
