Because you are buying without seeing something in person, Trilogy will refund the purchase price, if you change your mind upon viewing the item(s) at pickup. Purchases made at in-person shopping appointments are final sales.
If a purchased item is mechanical or electronic, the buyer has 48 hours to test. After that, sales are final.

The sale opens for online shopping Tuesday, August 11th at 9am and runs through Wednesday, August 19th, at 12pm. 

 

Please refrain from calling, texting or emailing prior to the sale to inquire about prices or sizes.

How to purchase after 9am August 11th, 2020:

  1. Click on the "Contact to Buy" button under any picture. This sends an email to me that indicates your interest or communicate your questions. It does not commit you to buy the item.

    PLEASE NOTE: We honor purchase requests in the order received at 9 am and after. We rely on the timestamp of the emails so we go in order. Only after we have been through the purchase requests received at 9 am and after, will we go through purchase requests sent prior to 9 am. Trilogy Estate Sales, LLC is not responsible for any delay in delivery of emails; seriously, controlling the speed and functionality of the internet is not in our wheelhouse.
     
  2. When you are ready to purchase, an invoice will be emailed or texted to you. It is due upon receipt. Pay this online. If you plan to pay cash at pickup, it is vital you let me know. Invoices that remain unpaid for more than 24 hours will be cancelled and items relisted.
  3. On your invoice, you'll see a link where you can sign-up for an available pick-up day/time. The address will be on the signup link.
  4. When it's your pick up time, item(s) will be moved to the curb. Please do not come early because there's a good chance we won't be ready. Small items will be placed in your trunk. Buyers are responsible for loading large items into their own vehicles and securing them properly.
  5. If an item is large and requires a professional mover, I can make recommendations, or you may find your own. All movers must be insured, and are required to wear masks in the home. Buyers are responsible for payment and gratuity for movers.
