******NOTE: PLEASE PARK ON SIDE STREET. THERE IS NO PARKING ON THE PRIMARY STREET.
- Cash and credit cards ($10 minimum) accepted. No personal checks, please. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and AS IS. NO RETURNS or NO EXCHANGES.
- For charges over $500, an ID is required
- Please bring your own boxes, bags, and materials to wrap items. We sometimes have wrapping materials, but not always.
- Kindly pay attention to "No Parking" signs to keep the streets safe for emergency vehicles, as required by each town.
- Please be respectful of the neighbors and don't block driveways. And please park on one side of the street.
- Entry numbers are given out beginning at 8:00 a.m.; doors open at 9:00 a.m. If a sign-up sheet is started, it has not been started by us, therefore, you
must be present to receive your number from the sheet at 8 am. So please take note, if you are not present to receive your number from the list at 8 am,
you FORFEIT YOUR NUMBER at that time.
- We try to ensure that the items pictured are available for our customers on sale day. Occasionally, the client decides to keep a pictured item. If you are
coming to the sale for a particular pictured item, you may want to call us before the sale to confirm availability.
- We do NOT pre-sell any items. Thank you for understanding.

Ladies' shoes from Brooks Brothers, Ann Klein, Ralph Lauren, Salvador Ferragamo, Lily Pulitzer, Ariat, and Duberry of Ireland boots, most new in box.
