All credit cards accepted as well as cash. No personal checks, please. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and AS IS. There are no returns or exchanges. Please bring boxes, bags and material to wrap items. We sometimes have wrapping materials but not always. We try our best to make sure that items pictured are available for our customers on sale day however the client may periodically decide to keep some pictured items at their discretion. Please contact us to confirm availability. We do not provide pricing pre-sale and will not respond to inquiries asking for pricing. Please pay attention to "No Parking" signs as we want to keep the streets safe for emergency vehicles if one were needed in the area. Numbers are given out at 7:30 with doors opening at 9:00 a.m. Please do not begin a sign up list - it just gets too complicated! You must be present to receive a number. Description & Details

Our client had 13 crates of wonderful furnishings locked away at a storage facility and had no way to conduct an estate sale! We came across an empty store front that we could use temporarily and our client's items were relocated to the store front! The hand made furniture is some of the most beautiful we have ever seen and typically retails in the 10s of thousands! The venue is a bit different but do not make the mistake of thinking that this sale is not chock full of fantastic items! Highlights include:

  • Louis Fry (Texas) Black Walnut Cabriole Extending Dining Dining Table with beautiful flowing lines and hand sculpted cabriole legs. The table extends from seven feet in length to ten feet with the addition of two leaves. 
  • Louis Fry Cabriole Black Walnut Dining Chairs, beautifully upholstered. 

  • Louis Fry Classical Four Poster Bed featuring walnut posts with hand shaped finials and cabriole feet. The raised panels in the head and footboards are spalted pecan. Spalting (the wiggly black lines and unusual coloration) is the work of micro-organisms that become active in a tree after it has died. The resulting lumber is rare -- and highly prized by contemporary furniture makers!Cool, huh?
