West Dennis Estate Sale

Description:

Nice clean and organized house with contemporary furniture, clothing, books (owner was an executive for a book publisher), tools (some vintage), kitchen items, knick-knacks, china, and much, much more.

There is a lot more clothing than what is pictured.

Special Instructions:

There should be plenty of parking on the street. If you are coming close to the opening of the sale we encourage people to bring stickers marked “Sold” with your name on it to place on larger items that you want. Just make sure that you are definitely taking the piece as once you put the sticker on it, you bought it.

Unfortunately it is not uncommon for owners or family members to decide at the last minute not to include an item in the sale. On the other hand, there are always many items that are not pictured that come out of boxes, cabinets, etc that will be available on sale day.
