Cash and all major credit cards accepted. All sales are final.

All items are sold "as is" on a first come, first served basis. Please note, we do not pre-sell items, unless noted. While we do our best to keep sale information updated, occasionally homeowners do decide to remove an item from the sale at the last minute, so it is always a good idea to call or email to confirm.

Numbers are handed out beginning at 7:30 AM on the first day of the sale. We do not post a list. If you choose to do so, you are responsible for making sure it remains posted. Numbers will NOT be saved for those not present at 7:30 to receive them. You must be present to get your number.

We are expecting larger-than-usual attendance at this sale and request your help with the following:

  • Parking will be allowed only on the even numbered side of the streets.  Please do not park elsewhere unless advised by the police.  Those in violation may be towed without notice, per the police.
  • Please park with consideration for neighbors.  Do not park on lawns or in driveways and do not block driveways, mailboxes, etc.
  • Please drive carefully and slowly and be on the lookout for pedestrians.
  • The first person to arrive may post a sign up list on the gate.  Whoever posts the list is responsible for it.  Sorry, but we cannot honor lists that have been removed.
  • The gates will be opened once our staff have arrived.
  • Numbers for order of entry will be given out beginning at 7:30.  You must be present to receive your number.
  • While we always do our best to get everyone into the house as quickly as possible, larger-than-usual crowds will mean a longer wait.  Please dress for the weather.  We appreciate your patience and understanding.
  • No public restrooms will be available.
  • We reserve the right to check all bags at the sale.
  • Off-limits areas will be marked with "Do Not Enter" signs.  Anyone in violation of these signs or who enters the back yard without staff accompaniment will be asked to leave.
  • David Ortiz and his family wil NOT be in attendance.

Please follow all signs and police instructions. If public safety becomes a concern the sale may be shut down.

Numbers for order of entry will be given out beginning at 7:30 on Saturday.  PLEASE NOTE: We do not post a list.  If you post one, you are responsible for keeping an eye on it and we will not honor torn down lists.  Even if you have signed up on a list, you must be present at 7:30 to receive your number, or you will be given the next available one instead.  The doors will open promptly at 8:00 on Saturday and popular items often sell right away, so be sure to arrive early for the best selection.
