 Best Rate Cleanouts & Estate Sales is hosting a Special Weston Estate Sale on Friday February 16^th from 9am-2pm. To start off you will find sterling silver, gold & silver jewelry, very nice gold & jade bracelet & earrings set, costume jewelry, a fabulous collection of vintage carved shore birds, art, paintings, prints, furniture, living room & bedroom furniture, dining room table & chairs, Asian style buffet, mirrors, bedroom furniture, clothing, leather sofa, china cabinet, Waterford crystal, Hummels, china, glassware. Household goods, collectibles, knick-knacks & more!!! As with all of our sales everything is priced to sell, which means good deals for you!

THIS IS A VERY SMALL PLACE SO WE WILL BE LIMITING THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE INSIDE!!!

Sign-up sheets are started by the first person who arrives at the property (not us). If you start a Sign-Up Sheet we recommend you stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up. Numbers are given out between 7:00am - 7:30am (when we arrive).

If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure are present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am (no earlier).

Out of respect to our clients and their neighbors we recommend Sign-Up Sheets not to be started before Midnight on the day of the sale.
