We try our best to make sure that items pictured are available for our customers on sale day however the client may periodically decide to keep some pictured items at their discretion. Please contact us to confirm availability. We do not provide pricing pre-sale (unless it is an online sale!) and will not respond to inquiries asking for pricing. For "in-person" sales, please pay attention to "No Parking" signs as we want to keep the streets safe for emergency vehicles if one were needed in the area. We are hosting a spectacular sale this weekend! This estate is a 12,000 shingle-stype home, designed by prominent architect Francis Chandler with gardens designed by landscape architect Frederick Law Olmsted (Central Park, NY). It sits on 4 private, bucolic acres just outside Boston. The home is packed with artwork for the serious buyer, antique furniture in pristine condition, both American and European, Chinese Garden Stools, Spectacular Garden Foo Dogs, Rose Medallion Pieces, Clothing, a FULL Kitchen, Contemporary Furnishings and so much more! Please read on for details about parking.

The location is on a VERY narrow road - you will not be able to park on this road. Just past the house is Tamarack Rd. and you can park there and walk up to the house. You can also park on Blake or even the lower number side of Orchard Ave. We will have a parking attendant in front of the house to help you find parking. Please pay attention to signs, do not block driveways and take care not to park on neighbors grass or in front of people's driveways.

We are requesting that visitors wear booties while in the house! The home is spectacular and we would like to keep it that way! SIGN UP LISTS ARE NOT HONORED! Please do not start one! You need to be at the front door at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday to get a number.
