Sign-up sheets are started by the first person who arrives at the property (not us).
If you start a Sign-Up Sheet we recommend you stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up. Numbers are given out between 8:30-8:45 (the time when we arrive).
If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure you stay & are present to get your number. Depending on the number of people that show up we may have to regulate a certain amount of people in the unit at one time.
Please Note: We are happy to help you with carrying lighter items to your car, but due to our insurance policy, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PACKING OR MOVING ASSISTANCE.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE THE APPROPRIATE HELP AND TOOLS TO DISASSEMBLE, REMOVE AND TRANSPORT FURNITURE / LARGE / HEAVY ITEMS. Please and thank you! :)
Please bring your own packing materials and transport materials, if necessary - boxes, dolly, hand trucks, etc.) bring help to load large items. We will have some newspaper and bubble wrap and bags for your convenience. We are not responsible for accidents.

Including a shaper, planer, grinder, band saw, radial arm saw, Unisaw, motors, cutters, decorated hand saws, hand tools that are super nice! This gentleman did not skimp on tools, and some are quite old which usually means quality! - brands such as Delta Homecraft, Delta Rockwell, Sears Craftsmen and the like!
Gorgeous mid-century modern furniture, including the most incredible vintage MCM 5 piece bedroom set!! Impeccable quality and it is solid wood. This set is the real deal!

Unique outdoor metal wrought iron funky patio set! Including a lounge chair, two chairs and a table.
There are also several lamps that are gorgeous made and signed by Stiffel. There is a Hollywood Regency vibe to them!
