Best Rate Cleanouts & Estate Sales is hosting a Special One Day Only Westwood Estate Sale on Thursday May 23rd from 9am-2pm. You will find antiques, gorgeous vintage tapestry, antique Chinese tapestry, furniture, antiques sofa & chairs, oriental rugs, bedroom furniture, bureaus, end tables, beds, art, paintings, wall décor, Mid Century clock, vintage glassware, statues, Royal Doulton, crystal, costume jewelry, electronics, vintage kitchenware, vintage patio set, collectibles, generator, knick-knacks & more. Don’t miss it!!! As with all of our sales everything is priced to sell, which means good deals for you!!!

Sign-up sheets are started by the first person who arrives at the property (not us). If you start a Sign-Up Sheet we recommend you stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up. Numbers are given out between 7:00am - 7:30am (when we arrive).

If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure are present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am (no earlier).

Out of respect to our clients and their neighbors we recommend Sign-Up Sheets not to be started before Midnight on the day of the sale.
