This is a LOADED estate. This is full of Art Work and Sports Autographs. Everything is sold as-is, where-is and untested. All Measurements are approximate and may be off slightly.
Saturday February 10th From 10AM - Noon, is the only pick up date. If there is a weather event, plan for pick-up on Sunday (Next Day).
Please come prepared if you purchase a large item and need to Move it. The Estate Sale Company will not assist in moving anything. That will be 100% your responsibility. If an item is damaged during attempt at removal there will be no refunds.
There is an elevator and loading dock in the building for you to use to make moving easier if needed.
