Kindly note that while all your bids are highly appreciated, any and all bids constitute part of a legal and binding sales contract and all sales are final.

Please note that we use Live Payments. Your card on file will be automatically charged 3 (three) days after the closing of the sale. If you would prefer to use a different acceptable kind of payment, any and all payments are due within 7 days of closing. Property will not be released to you or your agent until full payment has been made and cleared.

Also, we use Live Shipping through Live Auctioneers. Alternatively, if you wish, you can pick up your purchase locally or arrange your own shipping. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping and packing material. Note that we do NOT provide any shipping or packing material, and that we do NOT pack or ship in-house. All items in this sale using Live Shipping will ship from our Boston or NY location. Once the shipper has picked up the items from our location, we no longer have any control over shipping prices or the item itself, nor are we liable for any changes in condition to the property. Purchased property should be picked up within 21 days of the closing date of the sale of said property. If the purchaser fails to pay the purchase price plus applicable fees, charges, and taxes within 14 days, we reserve the right to resell the property at public auction or by private sale.

If you are picking up locally, a phone number will be provided for you to schedule an appointment for pick up. YOU MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. Please DO NOT SHOW UP UNANNOUNCED. We cannot and will not provide any packing materials, so please make sure to bring your own suitable packing materials.

Premium and Sales Tax. Buyer’s Premium is 25%. This will be added to the final price of the item at the close of the auction. All purchasers are required by Law to pay State sales tax unless they provide a valid Sales Tax Exception Certificate.

After the lot has been sold, ownership rights pass to the highest bidder upon payment and fulfillment of the conditions put forth herein. At the conclusion of the bidding for a specific lot, the highest bidder assumes full responsibility and risk for the lot and is fully committed to paying the purchase price and any applicable fees and taxes for the lot.
