Please do not call or email regarding dimensions. Bring a tape measure!

All items sold as is, where is. No Guarantees or Warranties - All items are Pre-owned. Buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms when purchasing.

Not responsible or liable for accidents or injuries on property or in house.

Entering the property is acknowledgement and agreement to these terms. Bring help to move/load furniture. Bring packing materials for purchases.

No Strollers, Dogs, Pets of Any Kind Allowed.

No tote bags allowed - please leave these in your car.

ALL children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
