Boring details for any of you folks new to our sales:

WE ACCEPT CASH, DEBIT OR CREDIT (never a swipe fee) - NO CHECKS

EARLY BIRD POLICY: We always have a staff member at the site a few hours before we open. When he arrives he will give out ONE number to each person already there in the order they arrived. You must be present to get a number - one # per person. Once you have a # you can go have breakfast and return a few minutes before our 9am opening. We will line up at five of 9 for a nice, orderly entrance and let in as many folks in the first wave as we deem appropriate for the size of the home. If you arrive after our staff member - simply knock on the door for the next number if no one is out front handing them out. Once we are open a while you will NOT need a number to enter - just come on in and shop - this policy is just to insure whomever was there first, shops first.

6% Maryland Sales Tax Applies - *Dealer/ Tax-Exempt purchases must be accompanied by your up to date MARYLAND ONLY Sales & Use Certificate unless you are already in our system.

WE CLOSE RIGHT AT STATED TIMES TO DO OUR ACCOUNTING - PLEASE ALLOW AMPLE DRIVE/SHOPPING TIME.

Plenty of parking but please do not block driveways and be sure to treat all neighbors lawn with care. Early birds please remember weekend are most folks day off - keep the noise to a minimum when waiting out front.
