Please note the days and dates :   

  Estate Sale this upcoming Weekend , This will be a Friday , Saturday and Sunday Sale. 

Friday 17th  9:00 -2:00 

Saturday 18th 9:00 -2:00 

Sunday 19th 9:00 - 2:00 .

Address : 820 Ballast Way

 Annapolis Md. 21401 in Heritage Harbour. 

Please look at  the photos of all the items that will be available at The Estate Sale. 

This sale has a lot of treasures to offer: furniture , pictures, dishes ,rugs, lamps, christmas decorations , and much,much more. 

 *Please make sure when moving furniture you have someone to help you, please do not drag furniture , we cannot scuff the floors or the walls while moving furniture. 

Please remember if you are planning on buying heavy or large pieces of furniture to please bring someone to help you carry and load your treasures , We cannot help you while we are conducting the sale . If you should buy a large or heavy item and you do not have anyone to help you , we can make arrangements with you after the sale or at a later time when you have someone to help you.

*Neither Searching For Treasures, The Homeowners, or Anyone else is responsible for any accidents or injuries while on the property , you are entering at your own risk .

*Please do not block any of the neighbors mailboxes or driveways .

*Please do not bring pets to the sale .

*No food or drinks allowed into the home .

*No available restrooms to use .

*All sales are final .

* Please do not take it upon yourself to start up a signup sheet or a number system. We do not use this at our sales and we will not honor it .
