Estate Sale this upcoming Weekend !

To our valued customers {friends }, We will be having an Estate Sale this upcoming Weekend.

Dates : August 

Saturday 17th and 

Sunday 18th .

Time: 9:00-2:00 Both days.

Address : 992 Riversedge Circle, Annapolis Md. 21401 {in Heritage Harbour community }.

This sale has many nice pieces of furniture,   Everything in this home is in excellent condition and has been gently used and this is a smoke free home . Please look at all the photos of all the nice treasures that we will have for sale .

Please make sure when moving furniture you have someone to help you , please do not bump into any of the walls while moving any and all furniture .

PLEASE, remember if you are planning on buying heavy or large pieces of furniture to please bring someone to help you carry and load up your treasures. We cannot help you while we are conducting the sale . If you should buy a large or heavy item and you do not have anyone to help you ,we can make arrangements with you for after the sale or at a later time when you do have someone to help you , if you do not have anyone to help with large and heavy items we do have someone that will deliver furniture for a fee , they will deliver and set it up wherever you need it to be placed .

*Neither Searching For Treasures, The Homeowners, or Anyone Else is responsible for any accidents or injuries while on the property of the ongoing Estate Sale, you are entering at your own risk.

*Please do not block any of the neighbors mailboxes or driveways .

*Please do not bring pets to the sale .

*No food or drinks will be allowed into the home .

*No available restrooms to use .

*All sales are final.

*Please do not take it upon yourself to start up a signup sheet or a number system, We do not use this at our sales and we will not honor it .
