Estate Sale In Annapolis

 Please note these 2 days, dates  and parking for this upcoming Estate Sale !

*Friday Feb. 13th and *Saturday 14th . 

We will not have any signs up on Friday just because the community  does not allow them during the week, and as for parking the sale is in a one way in and one way out community, if you can park on Mastline it will be a short walk to the sale , we do not want to block any of the neighbors from entering  or exiting there property . Hope to see everyone at the sale . Thank you !

 To our valued customers {friends }, We will be having an upcoming  Estate Sale, 

A friendly reminder , Please remember if you are planning on buying large pieces of furniture please bring someone to help carry and load it , we are unable to help you with this, If you don't have anyone we do have someone that can deliver for a fee , Also when moving furniture please be extra careful not to hit or scuff the walls or drag furniture on  the wooden  floors .

Please remember to bring your bags and boxes to carry your treasures . 

For this sale we will have some beautiful pieces of  Vintage furniture , artwork , pictures , collectables , Tv.s ,  Kitchenware , Christmas items and so much more . Here are some of the  pictures for you to see what we will have for sale.  Hope to see you this weekend .

* Please make sure when moving furniture you have someone to help you , please do not drag any furniture, we cannot scuff the floors or bump any walls while moving any and all furniture .

Please remember if you are planning on buying heavy or large pieces of furniture remember to please bring someone to help you carry and load up your treasures, We cannot help you while we are conducting the sale . If you should buy a large or heavy item and you do not have anyone to help you , we can make arrangements with you after the sale or at a later time when you do have someone to help you , if you do not have anyone to help with large and heavy items we do have someone that will deliver furniture for a fee, they will deliver and set it up wherever you need it to be placed . 

*Neither Searching For Treasures ,The Homeowners ,or Anyone Else is responsible for any accidents or injuries while on the property of the ongoing Estate Sale, you are entering at your own risk .

*Please do not block any of the neighbors mailboxes or driveways .

*Please do not bring pets to the sale .

*No food or drinks will be allowed into the home .

*No available restrooms to use .

*All sales are final .

*Please do not take it upon yourself to start up a signup sheet or a number system, We do not use this at our sales and we will not honor it .
