Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 8-3

(Numbers will be available at 7am each day)

Please note:

•Street parking only (please do not block driveways)

•Please be respectful of neighbors

•No early sales or previews

•Prices will not be provided before the sale

•Large items located on the second floor of the garage must be removed after 3pm

•Cash preferred

•Credit cards accepted with a 3% processing fee

•Buyers enter and remove items at their own risk

•Homeowner, seller, and staff are not responsible for accidents or injuries

•Staff may be available to assist with loading, but buyers are ultimately responsible for removal and transportation of purchased items

•All sales are final

• Firearms requiring a NICS background check will be on display. Any purchased firearm will be transferred through FTS LLC in Pasadena, Maryland, where all required paperwork and background checks will be completed in accordance with federal and state law.

•Estate sale items will be located on the driveway, in the garage, and on the second floor of the garage

•Please do not attempt to enter the home
