Estate Sale in Annapolis

Estate Sale , Please take notice of the days, dates and scheduling for this sale. This will be a 6 day event, Tuesday, October 20th through Friday, October 23rd 9:00- 2:00 by appointment only. Saturday, October 24th and Sunday, October 25th as usual 9:00 - 2:00 , however we may still have to limit the amount of people at one time, so please be patient with us and everyone else.

this is in {Heritage Harbour } community, this will be at a condo, we will not be entering through the main lobby this is the lower level and there is a separate entrance to the condo . When you arrive someone will direct you where to park . Please be respectful and park only where you are asked to park, we don't want to upset any of the residents by parking in any of their parking spaces . On the weekend we may have to ask our customers to park on the side of the road which is South Haven Rd. Thank you and we hope to see everyone, it will be a fun sale and many nice unique things that can make great gifts.

A friendly reminder , Please remember if you are planning on buying large pieces of furniture please bring someone to help carry and load it , we are unable to help you with this, If you don't have anyone we do have someone that can deliver for a fee , Also when moving furniture please be extra careful not to hit or scuff the walls or drag furniture on the wooden floors .

Please remember to bring your bags and boxes to carry your treasures .

* Please make sure when moving furniture you have someone to help you , please do not drag any furniture, we cannot scuff the floors or bump any walls while moving any and all furniture .

Please remember if you are planning on buying heavy or large pieces of furniture remember to please bring someone to help you carry and load up your treasures, We cannot help you while we are conducting the sale . If you should buy a large or heavy item and you do not have anyone to help you , we can make arrangements with you after the sale or at a later time when you do have someone to help you , if you do not have anyone to help with large and heavy items we do have someone that will deliver furniture for a fee, they will deliver and set it up wherever you need it to be placed .

*Neither Searching For Treasures ,The Homeowners ,or Anyone Else is responsible for any accidents or injuries while on the property of the ongoing Estate Sale, you are entering at your own risk .

*Please do not block any of the neighbors mailboxes or driveways .

*Please do not bring pets to the sale .

*No food or drinks will be allowed into the home .

*No available restrooms to use .

*All sales are final .

*Please do not take it upon yourself to start up a signup sheet or a number system, We do not use this at our sales and we will not honor it .
