All items sold As Is, Where Is with no warranty express or implied and absolutely no returns. Immediate removal required by 2:00 PM on Sunday, THE LAST DAY OF THE SALE. We accept Cash, Debit and Credit Cards ($ 25.00 minimum on e-commerce). We charge Maryland Sales Tax unless you have a Maryland Resale Certificate--please being a copy of your sales tax number.
If you purchase furniture, please bring help to move it. Please bring your own bags, boxes and packing materials.
We are NOT responsible for any sickness or injury resulting from attendance at our sale, and we reserve the option to limit the number of people inside the premises at any one time.
