* **Gated Community Entry:** Please notify the main gate that you are attending the estate sale and provide the estate sale address to be granted entry.
* **Parking:** Please park only in nearby **open, unreserved parking spaces**. Kindly avoid blocking driveways, mailboxes, or parking in private/reserved spaces. **Carpooling is strongly recommended for larger groups due to limited parking availability.**
* No public restrooms will be available on-site.
* Entry may be limited to comply with local regulations and ensure a comfortable shopping experience.
* A sign-up sheet will be available at the front door starting at **9:00 AM**.
* We do not offer pre-sales and do not release pricing ahead of time.
* For security purposes, please leave purses, bags, backpacks, and baby strollers in your car — **wallets only** (shopping bags will be provided).
* The property is monitored by security cameras.
* Please do not park or walk on the grass portion of the yard.
* We accept **Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and debit cards** with no additional fees. **No checks, please.**
* All sales are final, so please inspect items carefully before purchasing.
* Items marked with “Sold” stickers or placed on the sold table are no longer available.
* For large purchases, please bring assistance and any necessary tools for moving or disassembly.
* The driveway is reserved for loading only — please check in with a team member for assistance or to arrange alternate pickup times.
* All items must be picked up by **5:00 PM EST on June 14, 2026**.
