WE CLOSE RIGHT AT STATED TIMES TO DO OUR ACCOUNTING - PLEASE ALLOW AMPLE DRIVE/SHOPPING TIME. Each week someone comes right at closing and is very upset we can’t make an exception, don't be this person!
ALL SALES FINAL and being sold as is, as found in the estate.
Plenty of parking but please do not block driveways and be sure to treat all neighbor’s lawn with care. Early birds - please remember weekends are most folks day off - keep the noise to a minimum when waiting out front.
