**If you are coming to this very unique Liquidation Sale - Please Read All of this Information**

We are selling the Complete Contents of a Commercial Day Care.

Everything MUST GO and be taken away on Saturday 2/28.

There are 3 Rooms 20 x 20 full of furniture

Plus: There is a HUGE Storage Room that we will offer $10 Fill-A-Bag Specials on Art Supplies and other Small Items. (see pictures 24, 25, 26) *Please Bring your own Regular Sized Grocery Bag*

Plus / Plus: There are Sheds Full of additional items not even pictured yet!!!

- Stafford will arrive early on Saturday and Stage and Price all of the items from the Sheds.

Bring Help for Loading your Purchases

*Bring SOLD Stickers with your name on them.

- There will be Stafford Estate Sales help onsite in each Room. We anticipate a BIG Crowd at the start of the Sale at 9:00 am. Everything will be priced. There are duplicates and triplicates of many or most of the items, so you will have a chance to buy what you want. (Please be courteous)

- Mike has priced everything to sell - there are some great bargains on these Commercial Grade Daycare items.

- If you want an Item - Place a Sold Sticker with Your Name on it and notify the Stafford Estate Sales person right away. **There will be NO negotiating until later in the day on items that are remaining towards the end of the Sale**. If you put your Sold Sticker on an item - Please Pay the Price Listed to the Stafford Representative.

- Everything MUST be removed on Saturday.

- Cash is preferred for faster processing of your Purchase. If you have to wait for a Credit Card to process, you may miss out on some items.

Here are some examples of items and prices:

There are 30 of the Chrome and Grey stackable chairs. (pictures 44, 45) These will sell for $15 each, or we will give a Bulk Price if someone wants to buy all 30 chairs.

The Blue Cots (pictures 38, 39) are marked $20 each. We will offer bulk discounts for someone buying many, or all of the Cots.

The Cubbies are $100 to $125 each. (Some are doubles)

We are selling all of the White Boards and Peg Boards.

There are Lockers and other Shelves.

The Rugs are Priced at $20 for the smaller rugs and $40 for the larger rugs

The large desks/tables with 6 chairs are $150 each. (pictures 1, 9)

**Bring Tools if you are buying items that need dis-assembling**

*Also: Early in the Staging we had to remove the Commercial Refrigerators, Stoves, and other items. They were removed from the Sale for reasons poutside of Satfford's control.

The 45 Pictures Listed as of 2/24/15 are a good representation of items for sale. Plus there are items in the Sheds not pictured yet.
