WE DO NOT DISCLOSE PRICES ONLINE, via text, or through email, or via telephone calls. **UPDATE...I am so surprised that people feel it is ok to call/message people at all hours about prices, payment options, if something is still in the home, etc. This is a no-holds, show-up-and-shop, first come traditional estate sale. We can not recall all of the thousands of prices in a home, nor would we want to spend our time relaying prices to folks who may or may not show up.

Cash only for on-premises sales. We consider checks that are local as long as ID and phone number are current.

You are entering the property at your own risk. Please make wise decisions. Use caution on stairs. Use caution when parking, etc. Grounds are often times uneven.

Please have assistance to carry items.

Many sales are in neighborhoods so please be considerate. Do not block the driveways.

All sales are as is, where is. No refunds, so please inspect before purchasing. No holds.

UPDATE...WE ARE CANCELLING THE SALE FOR SATURDAY! It is supposed to rain overnight/in the morning and becasue this is yard/lawn parking, we don;t want tto make a mess of the yard. We will be returning next Thursday, Friday, Saturday, weather permitting.

Saturday, May 13. from 9-1 ( possible postponement due to weather which impacts parking).

All days and hours are weather permitting due to the parking at this property.
Parking is yard/grass parking only.
There will be parking attendants directing traffic. ****You may start to show up to park no sooner than 30 minutes before we open each day. ****
We will have a sign up sheet out at the home at 30 minutes before opening. You may shop the outbuildings while you wait to enter the home.

This sale consists of a home, two outbuildings-which we have re stocked, a barn ( I don’t have many photos of what’s in the barn, yet), and items on the patio, as well as some yard items.

We have marked down several pieces since opening this sale.

Please note that if you purchase larger furniture items that are housing things for sale, you will more than likely need to pick up during the days of the following week’s sale hours on May 19-21 unless other arrangements are made. There is nowhere to place the items in the furniture since all surfaces are full and a table replacing a piece may not fit everything being housed in the piece. We will do our best to make sure you can take it right away, but the following week may be the best option.

This home is loaded with antiques, pewter, jewelry, tools, primitives, crocks, enamelware, enamel top pieces, industrial pieces, JD lawn mower for parts, riding lawn mower, garden/yard items, wicker furniture, clothing, vinyl records including ones just added to the sale, books, ephemera, vintage finds, Christmas, linens, dolls, curios, Kitchen Aid mixers, games, sewing machines, banks, architectural salvage, cast iron, cookware, bakeware, brass, desks, chests of drawers, mcm wood serving pieces, lighting, quilts, chenille, art, decor, and more

Parking…There will be one way in ( not the driveway) off the main road, Grafton Shop and one way out ( the driveway). Please pull up as far as you can to whichever area you are directed.
When leaving, use extreme care!!! People go over the speed limit and fly around a corner. It is suggested to make a right when leaving and find a spot to turn around if you need to head in the other direction. Read all contents for this sale!! You can not show up more than 30 minutes prior to opening!!!
