WE DO NOT DISCLOSE PRICES ONLINE, via text, or through email, or via telephone calls. **UPDATE...I am so surprised that people feel it is ok to call/message people at all hours about prices, payment options, if something is still in the home, etc. This is a no-holds, show-up-and-shop, first come traditional estate sale. We can not recall all of the thousands of prices in a home. Thanks for understanding!

Cash only for on-premises sales. We consider checks that are local as long as ID and phone number are current.

We have the bags. If it fits in a bag, but you just want one item, it is not necessarily 50% off. The half off is for larger items that do not fit into bags. Please read more about bags at the end of the post.

There are a few exclusions to both discounts. Please read signage.

Plenty of parking! Use guest spots, urn parking their out the community, spots associated with home, etc.

BAGS…
1. Do not use your own bags to carry the bags you are filling.
2. Your bag should not be overflowing to the point where you have to carry it from the bottom, wrap both arms around it, and use your chin to balance the items popping out from the top!!
You need to be able to easily carry your bags by the handle.
3. If your bag is breaking, it probably means there is too much in it!
Get another bag and/or pay for the couple of items that are causing the issue.
4. DO NOT take items out of boxes in order to fit them into your bag. If it comes in a box, it stays in a box.

This is a townhome community ( homes are large!) so parking is wherever you can find a space. There are several guest parking spots throughout the community, as well as options around grassy/tree filled plots and along the street/curb. If you decide to park at Ma & Pa then walk over, please use the crosswalk.
