We have the bags! 

** PARKING is NOT on Cool Spring Rd or in the neighbor’s driveway. 
You can park on Beacon Ct. But, the best thing to do is park on Wabash Dr. Between homes 1416 and 1418, you will see the signs to walk through the neighbor’s yard to get to the Cool Spring Rd home. The path to your left is less steep. Please park on Wabash on the side of the street opposite the signage and the homes you will be walking between. That way people you will not be blocking the directional signs. 

Initially for this sale, we had hoped to have yard parking, but due to the ongoing rain, that is not an option. 
Initially, too, we had said that if you wanted to park on the grass-across from the homes- we did not encourage that, but if you chose to do so, watch for dips, ditches, and traffic as you are crossing the road. Again, though, the wet ground is negating that option. You absolutely must park on Beacon or Wabash and walk down. 

Do not block mailboxes or driveways. 

Do not park in the driveway of the sale home property on Cool Spring Rd. The driveway is for pick ups of large purchases. ***

We do not share prices anywhere other than at the home, during sale days/hours, with you present. 

Please have your own help to load and carry. 

Cash, please. Checks are an option as long as local and your current ID matches the check. 

All sales are final. 

You are entering at your own risk. 

Please be respectful of the areas that are closed off and items not for sale, as the clients are still residing at the home.

This home is full of vintage retro toys, tools including power, jewelry, outdoor items, furniture, Atari, Nintendo, vintage books, bird and flower decor, Depression glass, so many shoes/clothes, floral decor, cookbooks, wardrobes, end tables, tool chest, lawnmower, vanity, sewing machines, fabric, vinyl records, china, dining room table and chairs, lamps/lighting, miscellaneous household, cast iron, copper pieces, Mary Kay products, perfumes and atomizers, buffet, nightstands, archery set, golf clubs,  Pyrex, cookware, flatware  books, Star Wars, vintage lunch boxes, Lenox, Christmas, fall decor, and more. We will post more photos as we continue set up. 

Cash, please. Checks with current ID that matches check considered. 

As always, we do not give prices at any time except for on-premises at the home during sale days and hours. 

Please have your own help to carry and load. 

All sales are final. 

!!!!PARKING…This home sits on a road, not in a neighborhood. There will be some yard parking as long as the weather holds out, but right now the ground is too wet; parking on the shoulder ( we prefer you don’t do this, but if you choose to, use caution crossing the street and getting out as it too is grassy/wet and there are ditches),  and parking in the neighborhood next to and behind the house off of Beacon Ct. and Wabash. ***Instead of walking around, you can cut through the neighbors yard, (they gave permission) to get to the sale home. **** We will have arrows. It is a little steep on one side, so please only go that route if you have good footing.. Please follow directions/signs. 

The clients still live in the home, so please refrain from entering the areas we have marked off as unavailable, do not enter, or NFS. 

This is a multi level home with attached garage and outdoor items. As always, you are entering at your own risk. Please be alert and use caution.
