All items are sold as-is, where-is. All items are sold without expressed or implied warranty. All sales final, no returns, exchanges, or refunds. There will be no presales.

Only service animals allowed on the property. Absolutely no other pets/dogs are allowed on the property.

NUmbers will be given out at 8:00 am on each morning of the sale.

Please bring help, buyers are responsible for moving and transporting large item purchases. NO MOVING FURNITURE DURING THE SALE. Home owners will make property available for furniture pick up on the last day of each weekend sale from 4pm to 8pm, or at any time agreed upon by the buyer and seller on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. All furniture/large items must be removed from the property by June 11th.
