This sale will bring you joy and treasures so please behave kindly. Cash only (no credit cards!) Personal checks w/proper ID for large ticket items. No large totes or bags allowed inside; keep in your car. We will provide some boxes/bags/wrap. Entry to home signifies your agreement to zero claims for accident/mishaps of any kind to your person or property. You break, you buy. Security cameras will be active. There will be help for 2 person kind of light carry and good on you to tip that help. Numbers basket at door step at 9:00 am on days of sale; early arrivals with separate numbers system, please work that out kindly amongst your selves. No books.

Sofas!!!: GORGEOUS Hickory chair  dark grey cotton velvet fabric, single down cushion and down back pillows sofa. Teal(wish) linen sofa with chrome studs, comfy and perfect for apartment or bedroom at foot of bed.

Flamed mahogany table top with hand carved and painted and brass capped legged DR table with 2 extensions. One of a kind! Set of 8 vintage leather and carved wood chairs, compliment.

RUGS!: Never used or unpackaged Annie Selke 9x12 "Swedish Grey" rug with pad. Dash and Albert 2x3 rug/pad. Safavieh 3ft wide/6ft long runner. Silk hand knotted area rug. Alpaca/wool brown 10x14 rug hand finished.
